About ATBI Software
What does ATBI Software do?
ATBI Software is a SaaS company that builds AI-powered software for businesses. We offer subscription products that apply AI to everyday work such as document processing, question answering over your own content, and workflow automation. We also build custom AI solutions and integrations.
What is SaaS, and why does it matter?
SaaS (software as a service) means the software is hosted for you and used through a web browser. There is nothing to install or maintain, updates are included, and you pay a subscription instead of buying and running it yourself.
Who is ATBI Software for?
Businesses that want to use AI on real, repeatable work, especially work involving documents, questions from customers or staff, and routine requests. You do not need an in-house AI or data science team.
AI and how it works
Will AI replace my team?
That is not our aim. We design AI to draft, extract, summarize and flag, while your people review and make the decisions. Approval steps are built in wherever a person should be in charge.
How accurate is the AI?
AI can make mistakes, and we say so plainly. We test against your real examples, show where each answer came from so it can be checked, and keep a person in the loop for anything important. We will tell you what a solution can and cannot reliably do before you commit.
Can the AI answer questions using our own documents?
Yes. Our knowledge search and assistant products are designed to answer from your own content and to cite the sources, so people can verify each answer.
Do I need to be technical to use it?
No. Our products are web applications designed for business users. If you want it connected to other systems you already use, we can handle the integration.
Security and your data
How is my data protected?
We design for security from the start: sign-in, role-based access, and separation between customers. The details differ by product and project, so ask us and we will put the answer in writing before you share any data.
Can I see how you handle personal data on this website?
Yes. Our privacy policy explains what this website collects, including how we use Google Analytics only with your consent. You can change your cookie choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

What is the difference between your products and your services?
Products are ready-made AI applications you subscribe to and start using. Services are for when you need something built around your own process: custom AI development, integration, advisory work, and ongoing support. See Products and Services.
How does a custom AI project work?
We discover how your process and data work, build a small prototype on your real examples, then develop and integrate the full solution and keep improving it from real use. Testing and review steps are agreed up front.
How much does it cost?
Product subscriptions and custom projects are priced differently, and the right price depends on what you need. Contact us with a short description of the task and we will give you an honest estimate.
